These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 02game platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and account services. 02game reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other official documentation. Accounts found to be operated by ineligible individuals — including minors — will be suspended immediately, all Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from ineligible play may be voided.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the 02game platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 02game will close any duplicate Accounts discovered and reserves the right to void all associated transactions.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan (city of residence including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, or elsewhere), and a valid email address. You must update your Account details promptly if any information changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 02game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 02game immediately via the live chat support channel or by email at [email protected]. 02game may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation.
02game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All Users must complete KYC verification before making their first withdrawal, and 02game may require verification at any point during the account lifecycle. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (front and back), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership.
02game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in PKR: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency networks. 02game reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Account cashier and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance in real time. 02game does not charge fees on deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 02game accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. 02game aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or pending additional verification.
02game will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your 02game Account exactly.
All Account Balances, transactions, and promotional values on the 02game platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). Where a cryptocurrency deposit is made, the equivalent PKR value at the time of the transaction will be credited to your Balance.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and any other promotional incentives offered by 02game are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this clause. In the event of conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are not immediately withdrawable. They are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which is the total amount you must wager before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering Requirements for each promotion are stated clearly in the respective offer terms and are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are published in the promotions section of the platform. Live dealer games and sports bets may contribute differently from slots. Bets placed on games with a Return to Player (RTP) above 97% may be excluded from wagering contribution.
02game reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is engaging in bonus abuse. This includes, without limitation, placing low-risk bets to satisfy Wagering Requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other Users to exploit promotional structures.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds and associated free bets expire 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
Each game available on the 02game platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, Dragon Tiger Luck, Cannon Fishing, and sports betting markets — is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.
All casino game outcomes on the 02game platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics streamed in real time. Published RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error during a session, 02game will endeavour to restore the game to its pre-disruption state where technically possible. If restoration is not possible, 02game will refund the outstanding wager amount to the User's Balance. No further compensation shall be payable in respect of a technical malfunction.
Sports betting results are determined by official match outcomes as reported by recognised governing bodies (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and national cricket markets). 02game reserves the right to void bets on markets where the integrity of an event is under investigation by the relevant sporting authority.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 02game platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential legal action:

02game reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, technical issues, or where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. During a suspension period, access to Account funds may be restricted pending investigation.
Following investigation, 02game may permanently close an Account where a material breach of this Agreement is confirmed. In such cases, 02game will retain the right to void all pending and historical transactions arising from the breach, and to forfeit any Balance attributable to prohibited conduct. Where the Account closure is not attributable to User misconduct, any remaining eligible Balance will be returned to the User via their verified payment method.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting 02game customer support via live chat. Upon Account closure, any remaining withdrawable Balance will be processed to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe. Any unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.
All content on the 02game platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the 02game brand identity — is the exclusive property of 02game or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 02game does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly set out in this Agreement are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 02game's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

02game collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

02game reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where material changes are made, 02game will notify registered Users via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
The most current version of this Agreement will always be available at 02game.net/terms-conditions. By continuing to use the platform after the effective date of any amendment, you accept the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account.
This Agreement and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with it — whether contractual or non-contractual — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the internal policies of 02game as communicated to Users from time to time.
In the event of a dispute between a User and 02game, the User should first raise the matter with the 02game customer support team, providing full details of the complaint. 02game will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through internal processes, 02game may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body.
